Local Business Operations Specialist – India Market
Roles and Responsibilities
We are a fast-growing cross-border digital service provider specializing in global payments, financial onboarding, and platform compliance. As part of our India-focused expansion, we are hiring an Operations Specialist in Dubai to help manage payment-related business workflows and support India-linked compliance initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate India-side payment method onboarding and documentation (e.g. UPI, IMPS, bank integrations).
Manage KYC/AML compliance tracking for Indian users or entities.
Liaise with local India-based agents, partners, and payment facilitators.
Monitor transaction-level data and escalate anomalies based on internal SOPs.
Track project KPIs and support internal reporting and documentation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Knowledge ofIndia’s digital payment systems(e.g. UPI, IMPS, NEFT, RuPay).
Familiarity withRBI guidelines,KYC/AML, andNACH mandatesis a strong asset.
Prior experience infintech, PSP, e-wallets, or cross-border payment opspreferred.
Detail-oriented and reliable, with strong self-management skills.
Comfortable working across remote and multicultural teams.
Excellent communication inEnglish and Hindi.
Salary & compensation:
Base Salary
Performance Bonus:based on KPIs
Project-Based Incentives:Additional commission based on business contribution
Note: This is a full-time, in-office role based in Dubai. No recruitment or visa fees are charged at any stage.
Desired Candidate Profile
• Indian national already in UAE
• Has experience in:
Bank onboarding assistance
SIM registration and business formation Freelancer card, Paytm, QR onboarding, or similar
Sociable, clear communicator, and discreet
